So, before shipment of any product we give privilege to customer’s satisfaction by checking it several times in quality control department to ensure that the product is up to mark. If our customer is not satisfied with any of our product we do offer Return/refund/exchange policy.


We do not offer money back so, if the product does not satisfy you can immediately mail us about the requirements for any issues regarding stitching of the product. We would appreciate if you use the same courier service we use to deliver and send back the product with original condition and packing and with tags within 15 days.


Please make sure you provide us the right specifications of the product while placing the order to avoid further issues. In case the specification provided by you is not right we would regret to return or replace it but will try to make adjustments at our best.


If defect founded in any piece of the product, you must clearly provide right information about the defect to repair or contact us before placing order, we are always at your service.


During shipment if the product is damaged we would replace it with our own expenses, but you should inform us immediately for return or exchange. You are requested to take care of the product with you till you wait for the next shipment and we will try our best to meet your requirements.
